Fancy trying something new? Come and have fun at our Open Day with a taster session of kayaking. Open to all the family, 8 to 88 years of age. 15-20 minute sessions on the water will be running throughout the day from 10am – 2 pm.
Our small friendly club is based in Cropredy, next to the canal over the bridge from the Bridge Stores, OX17 1PG. Ample parking at the Sports Club car park on the Williamscot Road.
Kayaking is a fun way to make friends, build confidence and keep fit in the open air. We also provide cake.
No special clothing is required, we recommend you wear running or sportswear (not jeans, fleeces or woolly jumpers) with a pair of light trainers or watershoes. You may get a little wet so it may be advisable to wear a cagoule and bring a change of clothes.
The club will provide buoyancy aids, paddles and boats. All of our coaches are qualified with British Canoeing and comply with relevant safeguarding requirements.
