A busy weekend home and abroad:
Congratulations to Joe Petersen, who came back from the marathon World Cup 1 with two medals. A silver in the short format final on Saturday, was followed by a bronze in the long distance race on Sunday.
Meanwhile, in Hungary, Angela Hannah, together with Lani Belcher (Elmbridge) Hayleigh Mason (Nottingham) and Hannah Brown (Wiltshire Youth) made it to the A Final in the K4 500m.
Back in the UK, the club team came 4th at Reading Hasler, with Jack Lovegrove 3rd in Div 4, Siobhan Urquhart and Helen Harper 3rd Div 6 K2 and Stephen Higham and Debbie Hunt 3rd Div 9 K2. Izzy B continued her dominance in U12 Girls Lightning races and also winning the U12 Hody race with Will L, whilst Lizzy H won the Girls U10 race.
